This condominium project permits unit owners to engage in short-term rentals (e.g., nightly, weekly, or vacation rentals) subject to prevailing Condominium association rules and applicable local laws. Short-term rental of units may require each owner to obtain a certificate of use from the applicable governing agency and are otherwise subject to issuance at the discretion of the City of Sarasota and applicable laws. While short-term rentals are permitted as of the date hereof, there is no guarantee that this will always be the case. Any statements or materials provided by the Developer, sales teams, property managers, or other parties concerning the potential income, rental occupancy, nightly rates, or financial returns from short-term rentals are estimates only. These projections are based on assumptions that may not reflect actual future performance. Rental income figures are hypothetical projections, influenced by market fluctuations, seasonal demand, platform fees, cleaning costs, regulatory changes, and other variables beyond the control of the Developers.
