The Site provides information about SARAVELA, a condominium community being developed by GSP SARASOTA LLC in Sarasota, Florida. Sales and marketing services are provided by Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, the exclusive sales agent for the project, and its licensed real estate professionals.
The Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation is not permitted. Oral representations cannot be relied upon as correctly stating representations of the Developer. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Site at any time.
The Site and all content on it, including text, graphics, renderings, photographs, logos, and marks, are owned by the Developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent. The Saravela text messaging program sends text messages to prospective purchasers and licensed real estate professionals who have consented to receive them. Messages include both customer care and marketing and promotional messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to inquiries, information about residences, pricing, and availability, project and construction updates, and invitations to events at our sales gallery. Messages may be sent by the Developer or by Premier Sotheby’s International Realty sales professionals authorized to represent Saravela.
You may enroll by checking the text message consent box on a form at https://saravela.com, by providing your mobile number and giving consent on a registration form at our sales gallery, or by sending a text message to a published Saravela number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates will apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-enroll at any time by replying START or by submitting a new consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Developer’s aggregate liability arising solely out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
